Cereal


Do you love cereal? I do. I eat if for a snack almost every night around 9:00. Used to eat cold cereal for breakfast every morning but now I try to eat oatmeal every morning instead. But I just crave cereal so often. Yum. And if you eat the healthy kinds and not Froot Loops or Cookie Crisp, then it's actually a really nutritious snack.

YESSIRRREEE.... I love cereal. I do read your posts girlfriend!! I may not always comment but I do read, and I am a nighttime cereal eater too :) Now I just need to get my butt in gear and create a blog too!

YUP!! LOVE that cereal. See Wen I read your blog!! I don't really ever comment, but I do read. :) I too am a big nighttime cereal eater... it's comfort food to me, and is about the only thing I can eat when I am sick. Now I just need to get my butt in gear and create a blog!

OH man.. I'm a nighttime cereal eater also. I haven't been able to recently because I have no appetitie, but for awhile there I had to eat (I mean HAD TO EAT) a bowl of Special K Almond Vanilla cereal before bed. I'd rather eat it at night also, because it's healthy than a bowl of ice cream!

The only cereal I eat is Cheerios. Plain. With milk. It's also the only food I crave, so there is always a big box in the cabinet. All of cereal I can do without.

You know, I bought some Fruity Pebbles because I really liked them as a kid and remembered times when I thought I could eat the whole box in one sitting - and they are SO GROSS. I don't know if they changed the recipe, or my taste buds evovled, but I threw them all out after the first couple of spoonfuls.

pre-diabetes, my favorite late night snack was a small bowl of Frosted Flakes!!!

Mmm. Nothing like some cold milk and raisin bran or shredded wheat. I eat it for dinner, most often on Sunday night. Lotsa points though. Oatmeal = 2. Cereal with milk = 6+. The serving sizes on the box are one cup and I usually eat two cups.
